Silhouettes & Stars

This shoot was a lot of fun!  Silhouettes are pretty easy to get- you just wait for the sun to start going down and then shoot against the light.  I took these at South Mountain in the Phoenix area.  I walked about 10 minutes or so to get to this spot that was up on a hill.

 

70D, ISO-1250, F/3.5, 1/400

 

This is the edited version. Would have been really cool if the sky looked like this when I took the photo!

Here is what it looked like before I added the Stars.

 

I used the overlay feature in Photoshop- literally took less than 5 minutes to use.
